Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you have ordered a custom-built board, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for our technicians to professionally assemble and grip your deck.
What is your return policy on decks and hardware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns on decks that have been gripped, skated, or show signs of assembly.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Beyond Skate ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
